[icon-discuss] problem with email

I am getting a message that my email program needs to identify itself to the
sending email server. When I go to my provider's site it wants to know what
email program I'm using, listing several to choose from. I don't know what
to pick, so can someone help me with this?
I'm able to go on the net and my wireless connection is working okay.
