As a general rule, music doesn't convert itself unless you are using
something like Itunes. So if you put it on your PC, then it should still be
.mp3. You can find out by going to one of the files, hitting your right
context key, and selecting properties. From there you will be able to see
what type of format the file is.

Hi, I have done all those things. I don't know but I think when I put them
on my pc they were converted to something other than mp3. Could this be the
case do you all think? I am going to put the software on another pc and see
if I can put them on my icon from it. Will let you all know soon.

Start the Music Player which is 2 from the main menu. Then select the
Songs, which is 1. After you do that, press the Options menu (the middle
key) and either down arrow to Update music Catalog, which is also number 5.

Hi, when I go to play them in the music folder there are no songs. What is
this update you are talking about? You don't just put the songs on and they
are put in the right place? I have the Braille plus.

While reading this one other thought came to mind as well. When you say
they don't show up on the icon, do you mean they don't show up in the
library or in file manager? I don't have an icon and don't remember exactly
what they call this process, but you have to update the library. That is a
function you have to initiate on the icon through the menus after copying
the files.
