[icon-discuss] finding mac address

You must be connected for this to work.
1. do a 44 from the applications menu.
This opens up the network manager.
2. select the network to which you are connected with the up/down arrows.
3. press the options key, or do a ctrl-o. This opens the options menu.
4. select 1 for details.
5. use up/down to select mac address. I think it is the first selection.
This will be a 12 digit hexadecimal number.
