Hi Carolyn:
When you enter your book in, you can either down arrow one
time, or press Ok. Press Space with dots 45. You'll go past
"start over", and the next one should be the download. When you
enter, you'll be asked where you want to save the book. Then, it
even asks you for a file name. You can just press the Ok key
here. I'm not sure how far you got in the process.

When my students go into NLS and search by title or author, the
search takes FOREVER! We never get to where you download the
book.
What are we doing wrong, or what are we not doing.
