Hello,
I connected my icon to my computer and went into disk drive mode. The icon
says, "preparing to enter disk drive mode, disk drive mode ready." I know
the cable is working, cause the icon's battery is charging, and I can see
the USB in "safely remove hardware."
When I go into "my computer," the icon drive is not there. Any thoughts on
how I can get my computer to recognize the drive? I am using windows 2000
operating system.
