[icon-discuss] cereal number

Hello;
Unfortunately I seem to have some braille plus problems that will require
repair. How can one get the cereal number if the unit isn't functioning? Is
it written on the case?
Also when sending a braille plus for service, is there a logical reason for
sending it to aph who will in turn forward it to level star? Sounds like its
going to be a lengthy process.
