[icon-discuss] carriage returns in the comment field in the address book?

Hi, guys.
I don't remember if I asked this question or not.
I imported lots of addresses into my address book with things in the comment
field.
Is there a way to insert a carriage return between lines within the comment
field?
Lots of these are notes with information concerning credit card stuff,
insurance and mortgage info.
I want to make it easier to read by going from line to line rather than hearing
a whole bunch of
information at once when I look at the comment field.
