Robert,

Do you have any other USB devices connected? If so, try disconnecting them. Also, you could have a driver conflict, if using a network.

Hi guys,
When i try to copy material from clipboard into Icon, I insert my usb cable 
and then get disk drive going with a63.  It says that disk drive is ready
but i get no plinks from my computer. I go into my computer and cannot find 
the Icon drive.  Any ideas here are appreciated.
