You should check your RSS reader settings and see how many podcasts it lets 
downloaded.  It is 
set to 3 by default.  The setting is called Number of podcasts to mark for 
download?  If 
this is set to zero, this would cause this.  If this doesn't work, Michael 
Mcdonald told us all that 
this can be a bug, and will be fixed in the next release.  That was shourtly 
after 1.1.1 was released.
