If you use the belt clip a lot, it can bulge out at the end that connects it to 
the rest of the case, what I do is to really flatten that flap down before 
connecting it to the velcro and it seems to be OK.

I am not sure why, but my case doesn't sit flat.
All I can figure is it's because of the belt clip.

Hi Jeremiah,
I don't use my case very much.
When a different one is released I would buy it and use it more I'm sure.
The belt clip on the current case doesn't allow the unit to sit flat on
surfaces.  If you are using your case, this could be why you have input
issues.
