I have been sending and receiving mail on my Braile Plus using my ATT account for a couple of months. However, for some reason I can now send messages but not receive them. Any thought on what could be causing this. Since I started having this problem, I have cleared out all the messages in my boxes, have deleted the old account, and set up a new account.
