Alltel uses CDMA technology, so no the Icon/Braille Plus will not work on that 
network.  If you notice under the battery there is a place for the SIM card 
which are only used in the US by Cingular/AT & T and T-Mobile.

  i never heard of that  company, it will use the gsm protocol so there's 
  your answer, find out if that company uses gsm.
