[icon Discussions] Not able to get email

This is on an Icon I am setting up for a blind friend who has use of only
his left hand now. The Icon should still work well for him, except that
now after email working well for several days I now can not get email to
download as it was doing yesterday. I don't think I changed anything, but
now instead of downloading email it says:
