[icon-discuss] New Member with E-Mail questions

Hi,
I just received my Braille Plus last Friday. I absolutely love it and think
it's the best piece of equipment I've purchased in a very long time! Having
said that, I have run into a small problem with my e-mail service. My service
is through Qwest Communications, and apparently, the type of e-mail account I
have is not supported by the Icon/Braille Plus. It was suggested that a gmail
account would work. I am one who is always a little leery of straying into
uncharted territory, so I'm curious to know if anyone on this list has set up a
gmail account. Also, I am currently using Outlook Express, but can see that it
might be extremely useful to set up Outlook instead. If anyone is willing to
give me some tips on accomplishing either of these tasks, I would be most
grateful! Thanks in advance!
