Hi,

 

Have you received your Braille+ yet and if you did, have you registered the
unit.  I can not generate the keys until this is done.  Part of the
information sent by the unit during registration gets added in to the key.

I applied for, and received approval to add a NLS key for a Braille Plus
over a week ago.  I received NLS approval a week ago, and the message says
they notify Levelstar.  How long before I hear anything from Levelstar - it
has been a week.
