Hi Desi, LevelStar and APH are as anxious as you are for our next generation
products to be delivered into the hands of our users as soon as possible.
Currently, LevelStar estimates that Orion 18 may commence deliveries before
the end of Summar 2011. LevelStar will showcase/demonstrate near
production-level Orion 18 units during the ACB and NFB summer conventions.

I am distressed that we still have not heard anything definite about when
Orion will be ready for production. I know that I may certainly look
elsewhere, regardless of how fabulous the Orion may be, if I should need to
replace my Braille Plus before I hear anything definitive. We can't be
strung along forever; so it seems to me that if LevelStar and APH want to
hold on to their customer base, something concrete should be announced
immediately!
