Hi,
The newspaper problem is usually a problem of NFB Newsline not being able to
transmit the newspapers to Bookshare. This is a problem on Newsline's end,
not Bookshare's.
It can also be a problem of the newspaper not sending an issue to NFB
Newsline, which is usually the case with the Sunday Oregonian. I usually
get that on Monday or Tuesday, whenever the Oregonian staff decide to send
it to Newsline.
So, when a paper doesn't show up, check with NFB Newsline first, to find out
what the problem is.
If you don't have a contact in your State, your Regional Talking Book and
Braille Library should have one.
Enjoy the newspapers when you can. I get frustrated too when such a great
service doesn't work right.

I deleted and re-subscribed to my newspapers again, and now things are
working pretty well except that there are no papers from Sunday. There had
been at least a couple of Sunday papers previously.
