Hi all,

Just wanted to say thanks to Pamela for super tech support. If you ever run in to the problem I did with the library hanging and saying App still loading, here is the fix.

I did all that except deleting the library folder and when I did, guess what, voliah it's working.

Hi:

When you reflashed, you did this with either Reset and * or * pound and program 1, holding down the * longer?

Also, after you reflashed, did you restore any backup? I'm just trying to find out what is happening here? Also, remember to set your time and date, before restoring any backups. You might try it without any backups to see if that is the problem.

Also, try deleting the Library database by opening File Explorer, selecting Flash, Home, root, DB, and delete the Library folder.

I have reflashed and reinstalled 1.1 and still have the same  problem.  I
don't get a error message about the NLS key.  When I choose the bookshelf
nothing happens except when I press right arrow the unit says Still loading
application.  This happens with all apps under the library option.

Hi Robert:

We have received your problem report, regarding your NLS key.  I have
forwarded it to the person who takes care of the NLS keys.  If I learn
anything else you should do, I'll let you know. They will contact you with
further instruction.  They are on Mountain time, though, so don't expect a
reply for a couple of hours.

Meanwhile, as far as setting the time, there have been problems with that.
Sometimes, the servers go down. If you continue to have problems, you might
want to consider reflashing.  Also, I have had to reset my router on
occasion.

If you were running 106 21 prior to the update, that shouldn't change
anything.  However, if you had 105 before the update, you'll need to
reconfigure the Wireless, anyway.
