[icon-discuss] E-mail re-retrieving messages from the server

Hi,
What is the real scoop?
Prior to version 2.1 of the software, If I cleaned up trash, messages left
on the server would be re-retrieved. Now, they are not re-retrieved. So,
to those out there who really know, would you mind filling us in? How is it
really supposed to work? Is my experience the way it is supposed to be? Is
it an undocumented fix/change?
