Hi Richard: The star, pound, program1 restart didn't work but I did reset with the button in the battery compartment and that did not alleviate the problem. The only thing left to try is a reflash. Also, do you have any idea what the message SQL error or missing database would mean? I had an odd email error the other day, all I needed to do was a simple restart, and it went away. I used the star and pound key and while they are held down, tap the program 1 key, then release all three keys. You could also take off the battery cover and use the reset button.
