Tamara:

Even though your email provider doesn't require authentification, it could be
it's set to the wrong setting. Since it's looking for that setting or it is
incorrect, it makes sense that your messages aren't being sent.

Go back and review your Account settings and see what it is on.

Ordinarily, if everything is set correctly, once you put a message in the
outbox, then next time you send and receive, it goes. Use the left and right
arrows to change. The setting you want is all the way to the left.

Once a message has been deleted, there's no way to get it back. That's why it
asks if you're sure you want to delete it!

Once you're in the email program, you can left arrow to the folders and then
down arrow to Outbox.

Hi List:

I am using a BraillePlus and have three different email accounts that I
download from. Whenever I download the mail, the BP receives all of the
mail, but when the download is finished I get the following error message:
"please configure your mail for authentication" My email accounts do not
require authentication so I'm not sure why I am getting this message. The
other problem is that when I place a message in the outbox, it doesn't get
sent. I have sent several messages to myself which I have never received.
Finally, Is there a way to look at the messages in the outbox. And, is
there a way to retrieve a message that has been accidentally deleted. For
that matter, is there a way to view the deleted messages? Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Tamara
