Yes, he tried to get you to do a reboot. I want you to do a reset, using the reset button in the battery compartment door. Instead of holding down the star key with it as you do to reflash, simply press the reset button in by itself with a pen or something for about 5 seconds and let go. I also tried star and key to the left of the apps bar as well as pound and the key to the left of the apps bar and none of these worked. The program 1 key is the round key to the left of the application menu. That will do a re-start then, Make sure the Wireless is turned on by using the network manager or the program 2 key. I'm assuming you are broadcasting your router signal. Are you using any security like WEP or WPA? If not, you are open to anyone hopping onto your network and possibly gaining access to your computer. If that doesn't work, try calling APH and seeing if they can walk you through anything else that would be helpful. This time, it's the wireless. Right now my wireless is off according to the network manager. According to my status menu, however, it says, "Wireless on. Connected to off slash any. Signal Strength: fare." When I turn the wireless on, however, it says searching for wireless networks, and finds none, even though my computer is finding it and getting an excellent signal strength reading. It doesn't even find it when I stand right next to the router itself, and Sunday it was working just fine even if I was all the way across the house from the router. This problem started when I got home yesterday. I have a feeling that yet another reflash is in order, but I'm afraid if I do that and it doesn't fix my problem, I'm going to be stuck using 1.05, which I really do not want to do.
