I was experimenting with an idea and discovered something that those who want to have a list of favorites be the first thing that opens. It isn't quick, but it does work. Create a new folder in the favorites on your computer. Add the things you want to have as your Icon/Braille Plus favorites list. Then, use Windows Import/Export feature from the File menu of Internet Explorer to export that folder as a file with perhaps a creative name like "bookmarks.htm" or whatever you like. Copy the new htm file to your unit's hard drive; either at the root or in a folder. On the Icon/Braille Plus, launch the web browser. Hit options. Select 7,2 for the file, settings. Arrow down to the home page URL. Type in: //media/hdd/bookmarks.htm If the file is at the root, or insert a folder name before the bookmarks.htm file name. Make sure you use two forward slashes at the start of that line, and then a single forward slash to separate each item after that. The next time you launch the web browser, your bookmarks.htm file will load as your home page. Or, if you are really good with html code, create a file with what you want in it on the Icon/Braille Plus and save it with the htm or html extension as a plain text file.
