ACCESSIBILITY
EBU ACCESS CAST LAUNCHED INTO CYBER ORBIT! [2]
On May 17th 2018 which corresponded to the Global Accessibility
awareness day, EBU started a new way of communicating to listeners by
launching new podcast about assistive technology. The EBU Access Cast is
a new monthly show, which specifically focuses on news and reviews from
the assistive tech industry from a European prospective.

From 23 to 25 May, the German Federation of the Blind represented EBU at
the International Transport Forum in Leipzig.

THE NEWS IN THE NEWS IN THE UK! [4]
Ever since 1964, when I went totally blind, I have not been able to read
a printed newspaper. This has all now changed through a new tablet that
has been produced by the RNIB in association with a software company
called Real Thing.
