Thank You for information.
I am Irina Sumarokova from Russia. I am a ICEVI member for 8 years.
I am blind. Because of this I need mobility assistance for the conference.
I want to registrate for VIII ICEVI conference. But I did not understand about
sighted guide. What does it mean? Is it a guide for excursion tour or the
mobility assistance for the blind for the conference?
Please tell me about it.
