Dear Colleagues and Friends,   We are in the process of developing the next 
ICEVI European Newsletter, the April issue. We are inviting you to submit 
articles, materials, announcements of following events, any special events and 
activities of importance within your countries, so that the Newsletter enriches 
with all your contributions and experiences. It is very important for 
specialists in the field to share their practices, to disseminate their 
publications and research or projects. You are invited to send your materials
