Thank you for this annual report which I took time to read carefully.
I couldn’t join you in Suresne since I was in Ivory coast on the day the
conference started.
I’m engaged in developing education for the blind and VI in a region where so
many children are left without any solution.
<Hoping that you and your families are well, I wish you all the best for you
personnaly and professionally, with much success for ICEVI this 2020 year.

has been confirmed by the Board during our recent Board Meeting in Paris,

ask you to inform us within the next 2 weeks by April 7, 2020, after which time
we would like to publish the 2019 Annual Report on our website and disseminate
it.
