You just need to tweak B-element call for IBIS in your testbench like
mentioned below:
B1IBIS * Vdd1bio GND1bio* OUTIBIS Pls_IBIS EN_IBIS core_in
+ file= 'file-name.ibis'
+ model= 'model_name'
+ typ=typ
+ buffer=3
*+ power=off*
After turning power=off you can connect Vdd1bio and GND1bio (power and
ground supply for IBIS model) externally to the RLC network like you will
do for spice netlist.
*there can be multiple options in your B-element call which you can leave
unchanged.
