Votes regarding the following financial matters are scheduled to take
place in the May 12, 2017 IBIS Open Forum teleconference:
* To hold a Summit meeting at the EDI-CON 2017 conference in Boston,
MA, on a day to be determined, during or adjacent to the September 11-13,
2017 conference duration, with costs not to exceed $3,000. (See April 21

discussion)
* To hold a Summit meeting at the EPEPS 2017 conference in San Jose,
CA, on October 18, 2017, with costs not to exceed $3,000. (See April 21
minutes <http://ibis.org/minutes/min2017/m042117.pdf> for details and
discussion)
IBIS members in good standing but unable to attend Friday, May 12, may
vote on the motion by email to IBIS Secretary Randy Wolff
(rrwolff@xxxxxxxxxx <mailto:rrwolff@xxxxxxxxxx> ), until the roll call
vote takes place.
PLEASE REPLY AS FOLLOWS FOR EACH VOTE IF VOTING BY EMAIL:
You may vote "Yes" to approve holding the summit.
You may vote "No" to reject holding the summit.
You may "abstain".
