Minor update: it has been noted that the BACKGROUND/HISTORY section of
BIRD 158.6 mentions S-parameters, whereas the intent is to accept all
types of Touchstone data. The IBIS ATM Task Group today decided to make a
modified motion to vote on October 27, to accept BIRD 158.6 with
"S-parameters" and "S-parameter data" replaced with appropriate phrases
allowing all Touchstone data. This would be recorded as BIRD 158.7 after
the vote if the motion passes. Email discussion of the topic can be found
