A vote regarding the following financial matter is scheduled to take place
in the December 15, 2017 IBIS Open Forum teleconference.
* To hold a half day European IBIS Summit at SPI on Friday, May 25,
2018, with costs not to exceed $2500. (See December 1 minutes
<http://ibis.org/minutes/min2017/m120117.pdf> for details)
IBIS members in good standing but unable to attend Friday, December 15,
may vote on the motion by email to IBIS Secretary Randy Wolff
(rrwolff@xxxxxxxxxx <mailto:rrwolff@xxxxxxxxxx> ), until the roll call
vote takes place.
PLEASE REPLY AS FOLLOWS IF VOTING BY EMAIL:
You may vote "Yes" to approve holding the 2018 SPI summit.
You may vote "No" to reject holding the 2018 SPI summit.
You may "abstain".
