To IBIS Open Forum Members,
A vote regarding the following financial matter is scheduled to take place
in the June 29, 2018 IBIS Open Forum teleconference.
* To hold a Summit in Tokyo on November 12, 2018 for a cost not to
exceed $1,000, a Summit in Shanghai on November 14, 2018 at a cost not to
exceed $9,000, and a Summit in Taipei on November 16, 2018 at a cost not
to exceed $8,000. (See June 8 minutes

IBIS members in good standing but unable to attend Friday, June 29, may
vote on the motion by email to IBIS Secretary Randy Wolff
(rrwolff@xxxxxxxxxx <mailto:rrwolff@xxxxxxxxxx> ), until the roll call
vote takes place.
PLEASE REPLY AS FOLLOWS IF VOTING BY EMAIL:
You may vote "Yes" to approve holding the three 2018 Asian IBIS summits.
You may vote "No" to reject holding the three 2018 Asian IBIS summits.
You may "Abstain".
