Hello IBIS community,

I am pleased to announce the re-start of the IBIS China Regional Forum (IBIS
CRF).  This group will help to serve the needs of the IBIS community in the
China region by providing a local forum to discuss topics related to IBIS.
Topics might come from current work of the IBIS task groups (Advanced
Technology Modeling (ATM), Interconnect, Quality, and Editorial) or new topics
from members of the forum.

I have asked Kevin Li of Synopsys to lead the re-start of this group.  Kevin
will help to host/run recurring WebEx teleconference meetings and translate
meeting minutes into English.  Meetings will be conducted in Mandarin.

Meeting minutes (in English) and other details of the IBIS CRF will be posted

the main forum for group communications, and it is encouraged for all IBIS CRF
members to join this WeChat group and to participate in discussions.  The QR
code will expire in a week, so if you need a new QR code to join later, please
