Revision 2 of the draft IBIS 6.1 specification has been posted at
http://www.eda.org/ibis/ver6.1_wip/.
The changes from Revision 1 are:
p. 8 - changed the phrase "12 BIRDs" to "13 BIRDs" for IBIS
6.1.
p. 215 - changed the sentence
"If these parameters are Usage Out,
the EDA tool shall use the values returned by the AMI_Init function."
to:
"If these parameters are Usage Out,
the EDA tool shall use only the values returned by the AMI_Init function,
unless otherwise noted."
