submitted by Radek Biernacki and Ming Yan (Keysight Technologies, Inc.) and
Justin Butterfield and Randy Wolff (Micron Technology, Inc.). It is
scheduled for a vote at the next IBIS Open Forum teleconference on June 12,
2015.
