-----------------------MINUTES ---------------------------
Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

AR Review:

- Mike add David's text for 4.2.21, 4.2.23, 4.2.25 to IQ spec
  - Mike forgot to include this.
  - This is section 5 now
  - TBD

- Mike insert Bob's 5.1.1 text into IQ spec
  - Done

- Mike delete 5.1.2 from IQ spec
  - Done

- Roy rewrite 5.1.7
  - Done

- Mike send draft 1.1u IQ spec to Roy
  - Done

- Mike rewrite 5.1.8
  - Done

New items:

- Roy's report to IEEE is on the IBIS website
  - The file is in /pubs/docs but no web page points to it.

Continued review of IQ specification:

5.1.7. {LEVEL 2} [Temperature Range] is reasonable
- This was recently updated by Roy
- Slight correction: curly brace
- David asked why max temp is 100, not 85
  - ibischk will be silent if [Temperature Range] is missing
- IBIS spec requires keyword if not default, but this can not be checked
  - IBIS spec has:
  | Required: Yes, if other than the preferred 0, 50, 100 degree Celsius
  | range
  - Discussion of "default" is distracting.
- Die vs. ambient temperature:
  - Some model makers do not know the die temperature
- Mike: min and max might be within safe limits (derated).
