Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.
Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the October 15 meeting were reviewed.
Bob Ross moved to approve the minutes.
Mike LaBonte seconded. Without objection the minutes were approved.

IBISCHK700 parser development:
Bob Ross said this was completed.
IBISCHK7 source code license:
Bob Ross said Synopsys was in the signature process, and that they had not yet
received the source. Dassault also had not yet signed. We had received an
inquiry
from Synopsys about having an Asian SAE-ITC office location to make payment to,
but it
would be easier for us to ask Andy Tai make the payment in the U.S. Seven
companies
had already received the source code. Payments from two of those had not yet
been
received, but were in process. There had been an unusual hangup due to changes
in
the people and purchase order process for Mentor.
New IBISCHK bugs:
Bob Ross said a crash bug would be filed as BUG208. Bob said Mike LaBonte had
reproduced
the crash, and he asked Mike to produce a testcase. Mike had sent a testcase
October
24. He had also provided the source code fix for the crash.
AR: Mike LaBonte to write bug report for parser hang bug
Bob noted that BUG207 had not yet been classified. Mike agreed with Bob that it
was
not a bug.
IBIS-ISS parser:
Discussion was tabled.
Bob Ross moved to adjourn. Mike LaBonte seconded. Without objection the meeting
ended.
