Sounds good, thanks for digging into this Arpad.

Mike,
Just so we all know what the differences are, here is what I found when I was
working with Walter on which version to use:
BIRD189.5_draft11.docx only has the File_TS0 removal and a few other
editorial changes.
draft11_v2 has the addition of A_gnd for File_TS, and
draft11_v2a has the additional rule that subcircuit definitions should not
have node0 on
them and the warning message to stay away from node0.
draft12_v1 seems to be a glorified version of draft11_v2a in which Bob
extended the
changes in draft11_v2a to the tables, and other areas of the BIRD for
consistency and
properness.
bird189.5_draft11_v2_group_set_update2.docx and
bird189.5_draft12_v2_group_set_update2.docx are identical copies according
to Word’s
compare, and contain Bob’s recent idea on Group Types keywords, these are
just a partial
version of the BIRD, capturing only these thoughts.
I wouldn’t want to lose the changes made after the officially uploaded
draft11. I think the
most appropriate version for us to work with would be
bird189.5_draft12_v1.docx which is
what Walter used for starting draft14.
But I also agree that we have to “approve” the changes after draft11 in one
of our upcoming
meetings soon.
Thanks,
Arpad

All,
BIRD189.5_draft12_v1.docx should be a valid baseline per an AR to add some
agreed upon changes.
I assume that the WMK version is the same, but with accepted changes.
So this draft could be the official draft12 baseline.

The draft11 posted on the website is the last one formally approved by the
group. So basing the draft12 work on other proposed versions that have not
been approved brings in other changes that we must remember to consider when
we vote. But there seems to be a sense of approval for those changes so that
is probably low risk.
Why would the next one be draft14 though?

All,
Thank you Arpad for researching the various versions if BIRD 189.5_draft12.
Arpad and I believe that bird189.5_draft12_v1.docx is the latest and
greatest, so I will be using that version as the basis for 189.5_draft14. I
am enclosing the version bird189.5_draft12_v1.docx and
bird189.5_draft12_WMK.docx which has all of the changes in accepted, and the
version set to 189.5_draft12. Please review bird189.5_draft12_WMK.docx, I
will make a motion at the Tuesday ATM meeting to upload
bird189.5_draft12_WMK.docx (renamed to bird189.5_draft12.docx) as the
official bird189.5_draft12. Arpad and I will be working on
bird189.5_draft14v1.docx which will be limited to changes regarding Groups
and Sets.
