All,
I tried working on a compensation algorithm that uses the C_comp Model, and
decided a much simpler approach was to sweep the C_comp values in a "test
fixture" simulation to find the value of C_comp that has the "best" match to
the VT curves supplied in the model.
I assume that any model maker sophisticated enough to build a C_comp model
would have access to several EDA tools to determine the best value of C_comp
for each tools C_comp compensation algorithm.
