Thanks, Fangyi for the updated BIRD draft.
As we discussed it in the last ATM meeting, effectively we all got an AR to
think about
the question whether the proposed changes should be extended to the regular AMI
flow also.
The point of doing that would be to eliminate the possibility (or need) to
perform
deconvolution with certain combinations of AMI model types. The additional
impulse
response "columns" proposed in this BIRD can be applied just as well to regular
AMI
simulations as Repeater simulations, practically without any additional
"effort" in the
specification (or the EDA tools). A secondary question is, if we decided to
apply this
proposal to the regular AMI flow as well, whether we should include that in
this BIRD
or in a separate BIRD.

to the next ATM teleconference (or reply to this email).
