All,
Curtis, as usual the minutes were excellent. I created rev 6 of the BIRD
that addresses the question asked about the case where two [* Reference]
values are 0.0V but their terminals are connected to two different
signal_name on the component.
I also added a section in the definition of the issue that this BIRD only
describes how to measure voltages at a DIA terminal and explicitly does not
deal with comparing these measurements with [Model] thresholds when the DIA
rail voltage measurements (relative to the now clearly defined reference
terminal) are not the same as the rail voltages defined by the [* Reference]
parameters (DUT rail voltage).
This is partially addressed with [Receiver Thresholds], but certainly can be
expanded in an independent scaling measurement BIRD.
Again the intent of this BIRD is a pre-requisite for the Interconnect BIRD
and the Editorial work being done on referencing, GND, and Node 0.
