[ibis-macro] Library Release of the Day

Hello everyone,
Here is another version of the library as of today.
This one now has all IBIS buffer types, except the
ECL flavors. The files are equivalents of the last
package I sent out, some of them are renamed, but
still have the same content or more.
After this I am planning on fixing the controlled
L and C building blocks, and add the PWL sources.
That should pretty much be it...
I hope to talk to you in the meeting.
