Reasons:
Motion 1:
1. In order for Rx2 to generate the correct DFE taps and other equalization,
it requires the combined IR of all upstream channels and model equalizations.
In the IBIS 6.1 Redriver Flow the Upstream Channel IR is not included in the IR
input to Rx2.
2. In IBIS 6.1 Redriver flow, the IR of the upstream channel when applied to
the output of Rx2 incorrectly scales the DFE equalization of Rx2.
Motion 2:
1. The IBIS 6.1 Redriver Flow gives the incorrect flow If the Rx2 GetWave
equalization requires that the Rx2 AMI_Init IR contains the IR equalization of
all of the upstream channels and model equalizations.
