All,

 

I made the following conclusions based on the discussion of our last
IBIS-ATM meeting:

1.      We do want to consider a BIRD that allows iteration between the Tx
and Rx DLL statistical processing 
2.      The committee members prefer using AMI_Init instead of creating a
new function AMI_Impulse 

 

I am enclosing draft 1 of a BCI Statistical Training BIRD that reflect the
above conclusions.
