The last two major issues that are open are:
1. Review new language on Terminals/Referencing
2. Groups/Sets resolution, including Aggressor treatment
I think the IBIS-ATM meeting had this well under control, and I think
IBIS-ATM could finish it up next Tuesday.
There are two fundamentally different recommendations on Groups/Sets
resolution rules.
1. I have proposed a set of rules to be applied to all of the models
in all of the sets in a group.
2. Bob has proposed rules on the types of models that can or must be
in Sets.
I think the resolution of this is on the critical path of finishing BIRD
189, and I suggest that this be the priority of the Interconnect meetings.
