[ibis-interconn] No meeting this week

"The people have spoken" in the recent poll, and an overwhelming majority 
favored cancellation.  So, no IBIS Interconnect meeting will be held this week. 
 We will plan for a meeting next week, to focus on EMD pin_type and related 
matters.
