Enclosed is my first draft of the EPEPS IBIS Interconnect Presentation.
Note that I have added a number of graphic examples which indicate the
flexability of the new proposed standard, and also demonstrate the mix and
match of pad_name, signal_name and bus_label at the die package boundary
for rail nets.
