Please find enclosed a draft of BIRD189.2, incorporating the suggested changes
from our last meeting plus some offline suggestions. These include:
1) Using "Aggressor_Only" in the header of Table 41
2) Updating the list of authors
3) Changing "Buf_I/O" to "Buffer_I/O"
4) Changing "Buf_Rail" to "Buffer_Rail"
5) Changing the spacing in the examples to ensure consistency after the
changes above
6) *Selectively* changing "IO" to "I/O" where used in the example comments
(a global change would not be appropriate due to filename conventions in the
examples)
Comments and suggestions are welcome. This will be reviewed in the next
Interconnect Task Group meeting. As mentioned earlier, I am personally driving
to have this be the last draft with changes generated by this Task Group. By
proposing a vote on the BIRD during the May 12 Open Forum, we can encourage
further study by the IBIS community between now and then and perhaps obtain
additional outside comments.
Thank you as always for your active efforts to make this badly needed update to
IBIS a reality.
