Nice illustration.
So my question is this. The slide you made illustrates the basic concept with
a couple
of simple cases, but does not address the "debated" cases. For example, when
there
are two models on two sets of pins with aggressor-only pins on the outsides, we
can
end up with a pin that has no victim, but more than one aggressor-only models.
Is this
allowed, and if so, what are the rules when someone wants to simulate that pin
that
has no victim model? (I understand Walter said we will pick the first model,
but I
wonder if these "difficult" cases should be included in the illustration)...

Subject: [ibis-interconn] Aggressor_only graphic version 3 for discussion
Attached is a presentation with one slide portraying a figure that potentially
could be used in BIRD189.5 to help clarify the purpose and usage of
Aggressor_only. A version 2 of this was shown only briefly in the last
Interconnect Task Group meeting. Walter Katz has since reviewed and corrected
it, resulting in the attached version 3.
I would like to have this on the Interconnect or ATM agenda for discussion at
some point. Presumably there would be some text introducing the figure, which
is not yet written. We should assess the usefulness of the figure first.
