collaboration.

Bob Ross asked to add to the agenda a discussion of default values for all
parameters.
Discussed Bug214, the inclusion of float and integer values in lists in the
AMI file syntax. Tabled the issue with the idea to create a BIRD to resolve
the issue.
Review draft9; references from table of contents and lists of figures and
tables are updated. The references are active links in the document.
references to DLL and EXE as file extensions in describing AMI models are
removed from the text. There is one figure that includes the string
"DLL"
but the text of the specification clarifies that DLL refers to an
executable appropriate to the OS in use.
[AR] Arpad Muranyi will edit or recreate the figure that includes "DLL" and
change the text to "executable."
The file name section is updated to prohibit the backslash "\" character as
folder heirarchy delimiter.
